Hire Charges

Payment for bookings for weddings, parties, discos and other such events will be required before the event. 

HALL HIRE CHARGES

The Hall (Including John Randall Room) can be booked at £16 per hour per event. 

The John Randall Room can be booked at £10 per hour per event including use of kitchen for teas/coffee.

Set up/Clear up time at £16 per hour for The Hall. £10 per hour for John Randall Room

*Functions finishing at midnight or later will carry a surcharge of £25.00.

KITCHEN HIRE CHARGES  

Full use of the cooking facilities £25

Hirer needs to provide their own tea-towels

BAR HIRE 

To open bar and provide bar staff, £15 per hour

HIRE OF LIGHT/SOUND SYSTEM 

£30.00 

CARAVAN/MOTORHOME FEES

£12 per caravan/motorhome per night.

FUNCTION PACKAGE 

To include hire of the hall for up to 80 covers including white crockery, cutlery, table cloths, chair covers, candle holders - please contact Pauline Brumhead for full details.

ACCESSING THE HALL

The Hirer must contact the keyholder in good time to arrange to collect and return the key.

CANCELLATIONS

Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event will be charged at 50% of the hourly rate.

If an event does not take place but the booking is not cancelled the full rate will be charged. 

Bookings should be cancelled by informing the Booking Secretary.

The Management Committee reserve the right to waive or alter the whole or any part of the schedule of charges for any reason it may deem sufficient and without prior notice.
